Anyone on here know or can recommend someone or a company that is capable of food grade stainless welding at a fair price ? pref NOR.

I sorted my own Pot
I sorted my own Pot still...from what I remember its just all internals are to be Argon purged to avoid oxidization internally were access is restricted, sort set-up time and cost go up.
This is common with Stainless / Dulex etc in any case...most good stainless pipe fabricators can sort this.

You are right mate, a purge beneath the weld zone. Probably more about proper fusion than health implication. I would think steralisation before use would be the important factor.

Orbital Welding
Hey mate try Orbital in Malaga. They do all sort of food production plants breweries etc.
Others are right about using Argon purged pipe work to achieve a hygienic finish.
