Spoke to Pam yesterday and she said its pretty corregated and the third hill in (big one) has been chewed out a bit but they have marked the bad bits. 

 I have heard the weather has been nasty. However that changes all the time. Had many reports of people bagging out on mackies and going home early. Lots of Gold Spot Travelly giving people the yips. We were there two monyths ago and the schools of the gt's were huge, about 300 metres round. Gave up fishing when they appeared. With that March is one of my favorite months to venture up to the gates of heaven. Btw, I work in the tackle industry and get my customers  to let me know  how they went and quite a few do get back to me.

 Mate just did a 3 dayer 2 weeks ago - finished with 9 mackies between two blokes. All on balloons nothing on spin. No monsters but All good sized fish between 12-18kgs. Few tuna about also. No issues with Grey coat brigade. 9 fish prob below par but by reports wind blew in their face until mid to late arvo each day so prob pretty good results.

 Thats not a bad effort for two blokes good to here they got into a few and no issues with old mate mr bitey face thats just a bonus !
