Sumac crusted Dhufish w/asparagus

So I have had some lying around and was wondering what to do with it. This is so easy you won't believe it.

Turn oven on to 200 C and preheat glass tray.

Preboil asparagus lightly in a shallow pan.

Rub room-temp fish down with olive oil, give a heavy coating of sumac, and then fry for a few minutes a side.

Pop straight into oven for 10min .

While its in the oven griddle the asparagus untill cooked.

Plate and serve with a little lemon on the side.

There is a bit more to it

There is a bit more to it than a lemony flavour, and its a cool red colour as well!

Middle-Eastern shops would have it! Next is Za'atar which I think is a mix of herbs including Sumac.
