Photoshop is my horizon straightening friend ;) Sunsets and Sunrises are my favourite thing to photograph.. will add some when I jump on my other computer!
Thats a good question, is there? I usually just get a line with the "Single Row Marquee Tool" and then see how much the horizon is off and make a guesstimate as to how many degrees of rotation to rotate the canvas "Arbitrary"... usually only 0.2-0.5... unless the photo was taken on a rocking boat then it could be 2 degrees off. Then you just need to crop to clean up the edges... Actually doesn't take long at all and does make a photo look much nicer.
