tiller stear outboards

is it possible to get a tiller stear outboard that has its control arm on the left hand side so it can be operated with the right hand , reason i ask is if you have a buggered left hand /arm it is difficult to operate a right hand tiller stear outboard

Not sure if you can but I have always used our 50hp tiller with my right hand took a couple of trips to get use to it but easy enough can be a bit of a reach if needing to do a hard right turn but u get use to it.

Throttle on my Honda sits on
Throttle on my Honda sits on the centre line of my tinny and the gear selector is on the arm aswell so you can operate left or right handed
