Hi all, I headed out today off Mindarie for a bit of troll for tuna or macky if i was lucky. But for the 1st time in a while, no joy. The water temp was down to 24 deg, so I wondering
what temp does it get down to before its all over? or are they still around and I've just lost my mojo.....
Heres a couple of picks of better days anyway.

I hear those ones on the left in the top pic are a bitch to clean. Hehe.
Last year there seemed to be tuna hanging around all last year with schools in the middle of winter which was interesting. Guess it would depend on the species (e.g. blues like it colder). 24deg isnt that cold though?

southern blues
The blues have been in the metro waters all year round for the last two years and the stripies tend to join them in the warmer water i've found.
