Took the "Ball n Chain" out fishing today

Well it was decided last night that we would hit the water and get some fish back in the Freezer..
We left the marina about 7:30 to a little honey hole just out the back of the reef.
So below is the result of 3 drifts.
First drift seen a double head Dhuie and Black Ass and another bigger Black Ass
Second drift another Dhuie.
Third drift a Baldie..
didn't do a fourth as we had enough to last us a couple weeks so we headed back to have a go for some squid, but didn't get any.
Ps: for anyone thinking we were over our limit, our 4 year old grandie was along for the trip..

haha well i didnt see that coming outdoinit, i expected the usual story when it involves the cheese and kisses, but was hit by great colours and fish, well done mate, you have a cracker of a spot by the looks.
my favourite fish there...great to see the grandy out aswell, she must have had a ball.

Top bag there Lyndon. I got the same looks and accusations last Xmas when I came in with 6 Demersals. The old fools where I am didn't take into account that My young fella has a licence and caught half the bloody fish anyway lol.
