trout farms - bridgetown?

I am heading down to a farm stay near bridgetown next week, and my wife has suggested (yes, suggested) that we find a trout farm and have a go at trout fishing for our dinner one day.  I haven't had much luck googling it, so i was wondering does anyone know of any trout farms in the close proximity (we don't want to drive for hours)?  I don't have a freshwater licence so it has to be a private farm in a private dam.

Not to sure how close it is to Bridgetown or if the trout farm is still there, If not flick a line at the main dam/lake normally a few trout in there if ya can't catch one there's a restaurant lakeside to romance the missus. Enjoy the country side it'll be bloody cold.

we had thought about karri

we had thought about karri valley but it is probably a bit far.  i don't have a fresh water licence so it needs to be a private farm where you pay to catch a fish, or just buy one anyway!  like to think I could romance the missus, but we're taking two two legged reasons, and two four legged reasons why that won't happen! lol.  anyway the farm stay is great - lucieville its called if you are ever down that way.  and yes, it will be bloody cold.  but there will be ample red wine consumed and a nice fire to take the edge off!

Randall - I used to use this location when I coached people in the WA Trout & Freshwater Angling Association for learning to flyfish. Here's the link

Great dam, big enough to cater for a number of fisherpeople. Beaut cottages to - just tucked away off the highway 10 mins south of Bridgetown - magic little spot.
