Tuna Tataki

I thought with all the tuna getting around at the moment I would share a quick and easy Tuna Tataki a mate knocked up a few years back when I gave him a slab of yellowfin caught from Tim-o's boat.
"From catch to plate.. Tuna caught by my mate Beau then I marinated in ginger, soy & rice vinegar, rolled in sesame then seared to create Tataki."

He is a very talented chef! Brendan Pratt, was the head chef for Indiana Tea House on Cott beach and also Greenhouse in the city, currently head chef at Vasse Felix down south. He's knocked up some amazing stuff with some of the seafood I've given him
