Two Rocks Ramp

 Is Two Rocks Ramp open? I can see on the web cam that upgrades are being done. Certainly a few boats launching but it looks pretty quiet. Is it all ok. Just checking before I drive all the way there.

 We were there sun before new years absolute disaster  area had to wait nearly 2 hrs to launch as only 1 lane usable.
