underwater sealants

 if you dont ask, you wont know.....

any suggestions for below water line sealant over existing 'patches' on a fibreglass hull. repairs seem fine, just added peace of mind until summer is over and winter refurb commences. ie fixed professionally. cheers

use Sikaflex they have a

used it in a decent hole in my tinny and no leakage what so ever.

but quite often the white colour is sold out.

There are all so some epoxy glue sticks  more like chewing gum which you can apply as well though i can not remember the names of any of these products. My thought is just fix it properly asap a small crack can turn in to a major one in a very short time if it is a exsisting repair then the same applies especially if it looks bodgy is your family and friends lives worth a few hundred dollars and a week at a fibreglass shop i think so.
