Progress?
Hi Choongy
Been watching with some interest, as thinking of getting something very similar. Looks like should be a nice machine.
Project has been on the go for a while now. Do you still think it will be ready for Christmas? How's the custom process been? Any tips?

Christmas is coming
Ah, yeah, been going just on 3 months now after a few delays. Although busting to get it finished, I still have my little boat to get me on the water, but I have mates booking flights to come over for a Chrissy sambo bash on the expectation it will be complete. Still hearing it will be ready, but think it will take a miracle to have it finished, then paint, windows, clears, bimini, engine and fit out all in the next three weeks. By same token, don't want it rushed just to get it finished quickly.
Custom option hasn't been without its issues, but I have contributed to that. Main tip would be to draw everything before starting, rather than talking though, as is easy to have a misunderstanding, and any deviation is not going to make things cheaper.
That said, worth the effort to get what I'm after, watch it come together, and know it is being put together by people who are clearly good at what they do.
PM me if you want more info.
some of that that has partly been my fault. Main tip would be to be very specific (with drawings) from the start, as any

Chines
Not sure, but guessing maybe 200mm? Turn back down at 20 degrees. Supposed to make it really dry, as well as adding stability at rest, so can get a bit more rise to make it ride smoother under way.

Floor coating
Leaving it bare for starters. If its too harsh, will look at some covering for it.
Initially intending on covering it in fish and tackle.
