What type of fish? It's blue with a yellow stripe... GOT THE PICTURE UP!!

Hey there,
Hoping someone can help me. We are new to fishing in WA and caught a fish off Karratha. It is bright/irradescent blue and has a yellow stripe/banner from it's nose almost the length of its body. It's tail is long. I do have a picture of it on my phone but can't get it from my phone to the PC .
Anyone?
Cheers!

Thanks guys. Not a fusilier, and not quite the same as a rainbow runner either. It was probably about a foot long, but the tail and top fin is blue whereas the rainbow runner is yellow (accordingly to google images anyway!).
I am going to get this photo uploaded somehow, because I think once you see that, it will be clear to someone...

Fusiliers are a group of fish, so theres a fair few species with lots of different colourations. You can get fish ID books of the NW and it should be in there (bit hard to get the exact species otherwise unless you can find a good guide online)

Whiptail
I'd call it a Whiptail. "The Marine Fishes of NW Australia" and Fishbase call it a Purple Threadfin Bream. To make it easy, let's call it Pentapodus emeryii. Good livies, no matter what you call them.

Yep, I'd call it a Purple Threadtail Bream:
The yellow doesn't show up in this pic from the wa museum site, but it's definitely there.
So I'm going with this answer.... (maybe it's a type of fusilier??? No idea!). OH is most impressed that if he gets another he could use it as bait to catch a whopper!
