Yamaha 130 saltwater series

Hi guys first post on the forums and would love some help on what battery's to get for my motor , Yamaha saltwater series 130hp , needs 2 batteries and have no clue where to start , thanks

Awesome I'm familiar with the one on pusey street so will check that out hahah , do you not need a cranking battery and a storage battery or something along those lines I've been reading about ?

I usually run both batteries
I usually run both batteries together and switch to one when achoring or doing overnighters etc.

FWIW its usually not a good
FWIW its usually not a good idea to run both batteries in parallel (together) if that is what you mean. If one battey develops a bad cell it will kill the other battery as well ....quite quickly. best to run on one then tho other next trip (or out then change for in depending on how oftey you take the boat out)
And yep the place on Puesy? street is the cheapest around ...just bought one from them.
