long point itself is a good
long point itself is a good place to fish near the car park because the normal seabreeze is over your shoulder so can balloon beautifully and is alot of sharks there also the dropoff is closest and you would be burlying straight into the sound.
and i could bring my kayak.

Slide bait clips!
All Boat Business have plenty of slide bait clips that have been hand made in S.A from high tensiled stainless. They are much stronger than most available, we also have Oz Flex heavy duty slide bait clips. If you want to see if they are strong enough just check out Nick Hocking's Shovel nosed on the search. It was landed from a southern beach location around this time a few years ago when Nick was testing the clips for Mark Richter from Richter Lures. Took him 1.5 hours to land on 30lb line. Out fit was a Shimano Torium 30 full of 30lb Penn 10X line coupled with a 13' Assasin, 3 piece, low mount rod. Bait was a 30cm live tailor. The fish was released and swam off in great condition.
