Your best filletting Knife - which one and why?

I have probably about 10 various shape and size filleting knives.  But still feel I dont have the right one.

Watching the charter boat guys up on Coral Bay clean fish, the ones they use looks  bit like the Blade Runner - see Ebay link www.ebay.com.au/itm/Blade-Runner-Red-Teflon-Coated-20cm-Fillet-Knife-w-Sheath-TACKBRTC20-/251180057495

Which one do you use, and why do you like it that much?

A photo will be great as well.

Cheers

JW

Been using a Kyosera ceramic knife lately and nothing comes close to that. Bit pricey, but worth the money.

cheers

Sharp one

All knives can be good as long as you can put a good edge on it and retain it.
Its not the knife that does the work, its the hand that controls it

Swibo

And a diy leather sheath. Can still shave with it after 8 years of abuse and I cannot sharpen a knife to save my life, somehow a couple of strokes on a steel brings it back to a razor every time. I have tried many knives, the Swibo I rate as the best without a doubt.
