The best tasting shark is on the protected specie list. The grey nurse has snow white flesh and beats all the others hands down.
Tried it many times before it was protected. Surprisingly WA has a very healthy population of them compared to over east. Our coast line is different in that they are usually found well offshore and out of reach of divers

 Awww tru wouldnt even thing bout what protected sharks would taste like hahaha but im not a big shark fan eater but ill eat it :)
