yes we caught most of our barra at banana wells off the shore at low tide just before the tide changed on lure,
Its a top spot and will defiantly be back.

The weather was changing and looked like rain at the time for a few days which I think fired them up, resulting in 12 hook ups with 4 landed some were bigger than this one in 1.5 hours for the day.

We also got a few from the Fitzroy river before sun up around the 80cm mark on lure.

Cheers

We're using the Barra classic ,good lure but had a few bust of at the base lost heaps bigger ones .(in all fareness they were a few years old)

i think being in the right spot , time an tide would be more important then the lure
