Battle scarred
1. River2Sea Killer Vib(top 2 in the pic).......Awesome bluewater lure....
Caught 25 + fish(wahoo, dogtooth, coral trout, yellowfin) over 2 days on one of these. It had teeth punctures right through it and no paint left at all when an unseen beast took it home for keeps.

Caught mainly pinkies, small dhuies, and general reefies but the the biggest test will be heading home to broome over christmas.......see what the mackies think of them.

Halco Chrome Twisties!

Thu, 2007-09-20 07:48

They are good ones. I find em a great all-rounder just like Andrew Symonds, you know good fielder, great bowler and good batting!

My reels screaming zzzzzzz.... awwww damn it, its another boat!

All the best for the future fishing trips.
Cheers.... Jangles

The humble Juro Lazer lead

Mon, 2008-05-26 13:30

The humble Juro Lazer lead baitfish would be mine. I have caught most of the fish species that swim on this side of the continent with one of these at some time.

Like the white lead head its a very versitile little lure and everything will eat a wounded fluttering near the bottom, or fleeing fast across the surface, baitfish.

No good to troll thou. They impart too much twist up the line.

my pick!

Whats your favorite lure?

*Depending on L/B or boat base....say B/B then it would be the Rapala CD18....cast or troll.....it does the lot in red head & blue pilchard!

What have you caught on it?

* Spanish macs/shark macs/wahoo/queenies/cobia/trevaly species/rankin cod/coral trout/lunar trout/YFT/tuna species/dollies and many more others....the metal bib is a great feature also ;)

P.S Rodrat, that picture doesn't look like a Halco Laser Pro?.....more like a Reidys or Storm??
