Yep,
I would call them for yakkas (yellowtails) and slimies (blue mackeral).
Pretty common bait bag for over east but I am not sure where you go them here. I miss soaking a live slimy under a float off some of the east coast ledges.

Mate those slimies can grow into little horses - go good bridled up as livies. italians reckon they taste alright smoked and there is a Japanese restaurant in Sydney that serves sashimi 'yellowtail' (yakka) for 9 bucks a serve...
P.S. first post but lovin the site with all the vids and commentary in the forums.

Are you sure the yellowtail sashimi they serve is yellowtail scad?
Yellowtail is usually yellowtail kingfish / seriola lalandi / hiramasa
