How was the weather out there today? I was watching Seabreeze and it looked like it would have been magic up until about 11-00am this morning.

Looks like that Sambo came off a sandy bottom??

It was beautiful until about 11, or just before and got pretty nasty as the breeze came in hard.

We didn't get to the FADS, just too far for how the conditions looked. We had a shipload of fun with the sambos, I'm thinking my first fish would have gone 40kg, maybe more. SOLID! Took it in turns for the next few hours and got a heap each, only took a few photos but got about half an hour of video which will come up good.

Trolled all the way back in, several tuna schools being harrassed by birds but not actively worked. We trolled around a couple of small schools but they were on the move at a rapid rate of knots and the average conditions by that stage had made it difficult to keep up with them.

We stopped in on some cray pots behind Rotto and got a nice pinky each, under 50cm and Tapout got a 3rd which was undersize and returned. If only the conditions had held out a bit longer we would have done well on table fish, but just didnt have time as it turned out.

Still a little tender in spots from some monsters, hope Tapout's photos show how big a couple of those mommas were! SOOOOLID!!!

Another one off the capture list Tapout, slowly wiping them off mate. And you used to think there were no pinkies in the metro! Slowly proving ya wrong, slowly. ;)

nice fish bradley! bit disappointed you are not spooning m8! or did u suggest it to the sambo and he got so scared he went white!
