What no spearfishing?????

I hate to say it but where did this come from??
This type of fishing is less enviromentally damaging then line fishing is it not??
I will endeavour with another submission against this.
How can you stop a past time with no credable information???

hey rockpom, the form i am printing up will cover ALL eleven submissions/proposals from the gov. it will give you a chance to say yes or no, plus add on any extra info you think is good..be it alternateives. experience etc.

i personally would have thought that a scuba.hooka diver would be able to be more particular about their hunt than a free diver? i mean surley they can be selective, and not just blaze away because they might not get another chance/shot?
got to wonder who/where this info they use has come from...
