Went down just north of mettams this morning for the last day/hour of the abalone season.

Got the bag limit of 15 quite easily again although average size seemed to be down since last month. Still got a few around 90mm which was good.

Does anyone know if there are many brown lips on the reefs around rotto in the deeper water? Wouldnt mind having a look next time.
