not fishing related but i am curious as to if any one would know of what item goes with each year of marriage . eg 25 years is silver , 50 years is gold . i know they have one for every year. the one i am after is 10 years as our anniversary is coming up and i want to do something special rather than the usual flowers and stuff. maybe some of the "OLD FARTS" might know

diamonds are compressed coal aren't they? Just include a note that the diamonds will be ready around 7010. Besides it's hard to fish with an Aluminium saucepan jammed over your ears.

That's very one sided
from a blokes perspective. After 5 yrs you may wangle a timber boat and then upgrade after another 5 yrs to an aluminium jobby. Other than that your screwed (and that may not be as frequently as you'd like either).

Just had our 6yrs of marriage,
anniversary, sugar (UK) now wonder he took me out for dinner sweeten me up for what ? some more binge for the boat no doubt hahahah I'll have to ask for some thing else for our 10th already got a 5 diamond eternity ring, hmmmmm maybe nice diamond ear-rings hahaha yea right.
