Any other kite boarders
Not fishing related I know but just wondering if anyone is like me and sick of looking at the ocean in the arvo when the seabreeze is blowing wishing there was some way of harnessing that wind so u can enjoy the ocean for another few hours. Sure there's sailing and windsurfing but as I've learnt since recieving my kitesurfing lessons for my birthday back in December, kitesurfing is one of the best things I've ever started a very addictive and a little bit expensive to start but when u can go to the beach for free and know for sure u will always catch something (wind) and after a little practice realise that white man can jump or fly as I've realised last two times I've been. If u like surfing skurfing or wake boarding seriously u have got to give it a go never thought I would be driving home from work at 4 looking at the trees wishing there was a seabreeze stronger than 15knts. Anyone else out there that has taken advantage of our freo doctor ( go the eagles)

Not kiteboarding but
Not kiteboarding but windsurfing Biggerfish. I've been windsurfing since I was 14 ( bloody looong time ago now) Been thinking about kiting due to the fact it more compact and less wind is required but I just cant bring myself to move to the dark side. Still cant beat the feeling of dropping in to a wave, big bottom turn and belting one off the top and getting launched at the same time. i've just discovered one of the best waves for windsurfing right in my back yard. Heavy left hander, couple of hundred metres off the beach. Never seen anyone sail it before and it just rocks.

I have allways looked at kite surfing as skip baits for white pointers.
