Anybody own a Panasonic Lumix digital camera?

Im having trouble with the software that comes with the camera that enables you to aquire the videos and photos from the camera to your computer. The software is called PHOTOfunSTUDIO. The camera is the new model, but i had the old model before and the software for that camera did the exact same thing. When i plug the camera into the computer, the program automatically starts then a window pops up saying windows has to close the program. Can anyone help or point in me in the right direction because i dont know where to start!

try uninstalling and then re-installing the software.

I use a panasonic and have the photofunstudio, but find it less than brilliant other than for getting the vid off the camera and onto the pc. I then use other software to edit it up.

Try to install it on another PC, then you know if the problem is your PC or the software. Reinstalling the program is good start as well.

Pull the card out and copy the pics.  It's actually faster.

same as Andy - we dont bother using the software. Just plug it in and it should just give a pop-up on the screen asking what you want to do. All we do is open folder and copy onto the PC and also as Andy said just use whatever program to edit, etc.
