Are the prawns in the swan river yet?

Hi guys, just wondering whether the prawns are up near areas such as canning bridge yet, if not where are they at the moment. cheers

If seen a few scuba divers around Point Walter at night. Not sure what they are catching. Assume prawns since Crabs are banned atm.

Usually all year round ha ?...always thought the bigger run was after the first rains for the leader prawns but could be wrong...drag netting in the shallows I guess was always a summer thing, might be worth a try since the restocking program was a few years back now.
Beside Diving with small net, you can catch the leader prawns of a night time with a good LED light and a dab net.
