Disgrace

Tue, 2013-08-13 18:27

After the openers showed so much application to get thru the tough period of the new ball , i like most others went to bed 1-120odd thinking YES come on , woke up and couldnt believe it....... Deffinent knife to come out.... Shauny Marsh scoring a few hundereds and a 90 in sth af , Watson will / should be lucky to play test cricket again.... Injuried and sulking.... again...
Cook couldnt have said it better - the poms have won every single BIG moment during the ashes whereas the aussies have floundered , sulked and been made look stupid!

Harsh on Ryan Harris. The guy

Tue, 2013-08-13 19:18

Harsh on Ryan Harris. The guy busts a gut for a swag of wickets (20 in three tests) and the batsmen turn around and dish up this sort of shit...again...and again.

Very Harsh

Tue, 2013-08-13 19:30

Harris bowled like a demon and will play in every test until his injury induced retirement.

I'd say Khawaja's gone and probably Bird. Siddle may even get a rest too.

Unless Watsons injured he'll play simply because we need his bowling. He will struggled to play in the summer Ashes unless he learns to play straight ball.
