You're kidding

aren't you, it's near on 19nm to the edge of the West coast zone boundary and if you survive the journey in those waters down that way, as it can turn nasty in moments, you cannot land your catch at Augusta so what's the point.

Go to Walpole or Peaceful bay in your 4.5m, you may find it a bit SAFER.

Good luck

Check your rules squidder, you can fish for Sambo anywhere they are not on the baned list, why do you think every one jigs for them during the demersal ban. As for asking for GPS spots good luck, better of asking some of the locals for general info on the area & work from there.

only read Ryan C's post on Dhuy gps spots and overlooked the SAMBO question.

Hey born2fish,if you want sambos down that way i would just sound around near the island ,there are plenty of bommies etc that you can see from the boat, sharks as well.maybe anchor and burley.Have had them come up and surround the boat at times (sambos). Also some great King George down that way. Good Luck.
