Got a nice gummy and small harlie plus let go baby gummies fingers crossed one mite survive. All babies swam off fine. Some photos

The first gummy we caught we
The first gummy we caught we kept and it had babies when we gutted her straight after landing, were alive and we released them, swam off strong, I read up after that they have a good chance of survival, i'll try n find the article....

Those harlequin fish look amazing, great eating too.
Good work on trying the save the fingerlings. I am seeing a few gummies around so hopefully they survive to grow full size. Is there any signs that the mother is pregnant that I can look out for or do you only find out once they are gutted?
