Big thanks to Oceanside

Big thanks to the guys at Oceanside. Bought a Eupro Twin Craft from them a couple of weeks back and on 1st use found the reel popping out of the reel seat under the relatively light load of an undersize dhu and a cuttlie. Turned out my reel was most likely at fault yet the guys gave me a refund for the Twin Craft and found me a new rod to suit my reel. Top class service! I'm a long way NOR but Oceanside are my local tackle store!

if you get great service stick with them I would use Oceanside but I am in rocky so use complete angler down here for the very same reasons , every time I go into complete in rocky they always say giday and always walk out with more than I intended to , reason customer service , and good advise unlike their opposition down the road that they have to compete with that is not worried about customer service , but has bulk buying power and can sell gear a bit cheaper

I agree! Josh was very helpful and full of knowledge when I went to the store yesterday. His attitude is a credit to the business. I live up north and usually order from Mo and Campbells but I will buy from Oceanside as they will post as well. Cant wait for my Stella and Magic Eye to rock up in a couple of weeks! Cheers team!

Hey mate,

Cheers for making the drive down to the store and helping support the shop. It doesnt go un noticed. It was definitley an odd ball situation with that reel but as the boss says "look for solution's, Not problem's" and thats what we try and do.

Thanks for the comments everyone and yep we have found customer service is number one when it comes to this game. We genuinly like being able to help people out plus talk a bit of fishing at the same time!

Cheers from the Oceanside Crew

+1 for oceanside -i drive up from rocko

ryan even gave me his preferred sounder settings the other day for deeper water

yeah i know i can get stuff from complete- but the range of stuff oceanside stocks is better IMHO

and they look after u on price if u mention u r a fishwrecked member, so what if its 10  or 20 more sometimes on 300 plus rod or reel than some of the specials

if anything goes wrong they back it up straight away
