boat lifting- props or boat lifting yard???

hey guys I want to do some major work on my trailer which I need to get the boat off in order to do and I was wondering how much it would cost me to get the boat lifted off at the hillarys boat lifters and put on props(boat is 8.4m)? work will take 2 or 3 days hopefully. or is there anywhere that hire some props for me to do it myself? thanks in advance for any info. cheers.

Ive pulled my 2 tonne

Ive pulled my 2 tonne Cruisecraft off using wooden blocks from sleepers and it only took me an hour or so on and off using a couple of 2 tonne jacks etc.

See my thread http://fishwrecked.com/forum/antifoul-removal-sodablasting-etc-updated

Not hard, however easiest is as Shark said or ring one of the clubs/marinas for a short term pen.

Might cost a few hundred.
