boating conditions in the swan

just after some advice for boating conditions in the swan, a bit of a novice in the swan, iwas looking to have flick for some flatties or bream but looking for calm conditions for the tinnie..
high tide tomorrow looks to be southerly winds to around 18 knots late afternoon, would that be protected around the canning bridge area? if not where would you suggest??
any advice would be handy

easier just to walk along the
easier just to walk along the banks and cast around the stuctures and walk the flats than use a dingy, dont need to worry about the wind then.
