Need a pre purchase inspection done for a family member.
Anyone know of or recommend someone?

Try Barry Knowles, very thorough as I've been on the receiving end of a couple of his inspections, I had no problems but the chippies were a different story. I'm sure he's given more than a few builders a headache or two.
