drop carnarvonite a pm he is a guru on the area, you can try the one mile jetty and prawning jetty or head to red bluff but try and avoid casting gang hooks to close to the herbal surfies they tend to get a bit shirty if you do

One Mile is fishing well for

One Mile is fishing well for good size bream 40cm+ and Kingies. Use fresh baits for the Kingies and prawns for the bream(although soft plastics work a treat too).

Tailor in the evening with a bit of chop in the water.

Up the coast you are being reliant on easterlies and a low swell. Go with someone experienced...we've already lost one in the drink this year.

mate just go straight to quobba station, ballon season is pretty well done now but still spin up big macks & longtail tuna from the cliffs just be careful of big swells, spots like high rock, 2mile & kanga's are worth a try, unweighted fresh baits of high rock at night get big spangeled emperor etc light spinning around the reefs just north of the homestead can be great fun too!!! get good mulloway of carnarvon jetty

Where's good for a quick flick for small stuff? I'll be stopping in there on the way to/from Coral Bay around new years and wouldn't mind having a flick around for an hour or two

Or flick under the boat hulls

Or flick under the boat hulls at the boat harbour...

The new boat ramp has little skippy, bream and sand bass..

Also try running around the sand flats underneath the 1 mile jetty with small soft plastics... bream and flathead for the taking.... You can get tailor and golden trevs in the surf there also.
