Damn I love the south coast
Hi all,
So I've been a member for a few months but this is my first post so here we go..
Thought I might get in a last minute stir up for some of you west coast anglers who are enjoying the demersal ban and show you all what we caught on the weekend. Just a beautiful place on our south coast that has a few great fishing options... and great bag limits too
I won't say to much about the weekend i'll just share the pictures and say that it was a great weekend and thanks to Justy for the accommodation and for taking us to some great spots. And cheers to Webby for being a good sport!

good work lads rub some salt into us west coast blokes while u can as not long and we will be filling the site with some big dhuies bet you wish you could catch them down there ha south coast bag is generous at 7 fish per angler but one or two good dhu will equal the same amount of fillets as 7 nannies each easy

Thanks for the comments guys, i'll have to agree with a couple of the lads comments, we certainly don't get as many fishable days as the west coast so I guess we have to make the most of the days we do get, I reckon it's half the reason why we still have such a good fishery down this area and why the bag limits are what they are. And also as Matt touched on I am from a big Italian family and I don't go out as much as I would like (no one does I know..) so those fillets won't go too far. Can't wait for the post after the closure is over. All the best
