Was out of hale road the other morning, and a boat pulled up less than 50m from another boat already anchored up, and proceded to dive under and around his boat, he packed up and left, should the divers have gone further away?

No he didnt have to move away.
The considerate thing would have been for the divers to come past and say "hey we are going to have a dive over there".
But its still incumbent on the fisho to take precautions not to run over a diver if he is aware they are there of course.
Give a man a mask, and he'll show you his true face...
The older you get the more you realize that no one has a f++king clue what they're doing.
Everyone's just winging it.

The tenders were taking people snorkelling and fishing from what I could see. And the chopper was flying around all afternoon. It’s the True North. Was anchored almost on top of the atomic blast site of the Hmas Plym.
Does anyone know where the love of god goes, when the waves turn the minutes to hours?
