Dunsborough fishing help

Hi
I am headind down south for my mums 50th b'day mid april and am staying at the wyndham resort.
I have never been fishing down south and i am towing the boat down. Where would i launch and were is good to fish?
Any info or advice would be great.

good time of year for weather
can launch at three ramps, geograph marina/quindalup/duns ramps.
duns closer but best for smaller boats, most use quind ramp.
head out towards cape and sound around. nat reef, wrights bank and lumps are common GPS areas. around the cape is good and plenty of ground. depending on weather/swell canal roacks has ramp and good fishing
all southern species available so bottom, SP or trolling.
