a few fish from broome

1st week in Broome and t he wind has been constant. Got out on the water a couple of times so far.
Now we find the transmission in the ranger is shot . Luckily still covered by new car warranty

I'm glad you still have warranty with your bus mate,it cost me 6.5k to do my hilux trans and all parts were at trade price and my own labour

Nice. Grab the crab pots go up Dampier Creek or crab Creek get the mud crabs on the dropping tide . Once the tide hits low the mouth of Dampier can be real good black dhu, barra, on live bait. Quandong point is a option if the easterly stays up, in close bluebone etc. Got to love Broome time!

Yeah there is some nice fish
Yeah there is some nice fish but few and far between. Our last trip out we covered 50nm and managed to get 10 fish past the sharks with 4 of us fishing. Don't think we will be heading back up there again
