Western wirrah and good eating, just a pain filleting and skinning is why most fishers give them a bad name

Much like the western king
Much like the western king wrasse. Went away with a mate and his Mrs and they went nuts for it once I filletted and skinned them and they asked me to catch some more the next day. Lucky for them they were talking to the wrasse whisperer
