The Scottish ships PD98 Harvester and the PD198 Ocean Harvest were built by a Danish shipyard in July 2008 and transferred to the Scottish firm Lunar Harvest which is a joint venture of brothers John and Brian Stephen.
The purse seiner boats are identical sister ships and revolutionary in design.
The photos were taken by skipper Brian Stephen of the Ocean Harvest during a storm in the North Sea.
