fresh water weekend

Tryed to get away from the weekend an go camping an try my luck at freshwater fishin.
fished at big brook for a few hours using a variety of differant lures. had trout chasing
the baby vibes and spinners flat out but they wouldnt take it.
I tryed a few random streams an crossing as i was driving hooked one small brown but it go off at the edge of the bank and ended up getting
1 tiny redfin and another pretty decent one which actually put up a decent fight and took some line off me. The fish wouldnt take anything other
than a trout look a like baby vibe.
sorry about your neck i couldnt be bothered spinning them

i sea trialed a seaquest but it nosedived a bit, also a trophy but it might be a bit heavy to tow around an that.
might just go like one of those 6m quintrex things they ride epic with them real steep v at least better
than a normall plate boats

Love big brook. fishing there in the evening with a few lures is always awesome fun and catch heaps of redfin and trout there, normally get more trout in winter though. warren river for the reddies?
