Grant st Reef Cottesloe (Help)

Hey guys im thinkin of heading down to Grant st Reef Cottesloe tonight for some beach fishing, ive never been before and just wondering how do u actually get there i had a look on goggle maps and can c a bit of reef to the right of grant st and a bigger bit to the left near eric st just wondering wich one is the actual grant st reef, the one everyone talks about
if anyone could help me out that would be much appreciated

The rocks
to the north of Grant st on the bend before the bigger reef is what i have always known as Grant st reef

i was pretty sure its the
i was pretty sure its the whole reef, all the way along. apart from that i would try to find the best holes in the reef anyway, deep troughs and the best gutters, thats what i would be looking for.

The bit of rocks north of the roundabout is Grant St reef or was. Few years ago the storm was washing away the bank, so to "stop" that happening, the council to dump a few truck load of sand off on the reef itself to fill in the cracks and holes. Idiots just made it worst as it was all hard rock bed anyway. The reef used to be about 80m long which split the beach apart and yes holes and cracks everywhere. Great consistent tailor and salmon spot in the mid to late 90s, now its just sand.

thanks for the info guys, i went and found grant street reef but it was already dark when i got there and couldnt get a good look at the reef and see where the deep holes and gutters were, so i ended up goin to my fav spot at trigg beach, i ended up catching 2 spotted rock cods and missed something bigger that i think was a tailor
