I'd have to say Twisty 40g, catch anything from Herring to Mackies.

I Love Halco lures but as an
I Love Halco lures but as an all rounder that will catch fish, 20 or 30 gram Twisty's are the most versatile for me.
Sure the Tremblers and the Laser Pros etc have their place but the Twisty's can catch more varieties of fish for my like.

they just don't catch me. (don't get me started on rmg)
If I spent half as long fishing , as I do reading this bloody forum , I'd be twice the fisherman I am.

20 gram Gold Twisty because its so versatile. Spin fast with the rod tip held high to get the lure skipping across the surface, drop the wind speed and rod tip to have it cruising just below the surface, or let it sink to the bottom and then jig it back up.

I think the colour suk us in, and the fish go for the action. One of my lasrs is so old with hardly any colour, and still catches fish. Its on its 4th set of trebles, and is my lucky go to lure. It is sin ugly!!
