Off to Hillarys

After seeing all the great fishing pics on the site over the past few days I just have to go wet a line. I am going to try some plastics and bait casting at Hillarys North Wall. Checked out the Google satellite pics today and there appears to be a bit of a reef between the disabled platform and the lighthouse. I will give that a crack. Colin Hay

RE Off to Hillarys
Sorry Kaitan I had already escaped the office by the time you posted your comment. Got up there about 5pm, which might have been a bit early. It was very breezy and not too much action until after dark when some small herring and lots of wild cats turned up. A lot of people were fishing shoulder to shoulder on the disabled platform picking up some herring.
