My wife knows of a homeless
My wife knows of a homeless man sqatting in an unused building near her work. For xmas my wife left for him some bedding, shoes and clothes, lots of water, non perishables, and a few dollars.... completely anonymously. :-) I hope it made a difference.

What a fantastic woman
Great to hear!
A REAL WOMAN WILL NOT MAKE YOU CHOOSE BETWEEN HER AND FISHING
A REAL WOMAN WILL MAKE YOU TAKE HER AND COMPETE FOR THE BIGGEST FISH

your right bussogirl , wish the federal government would put in as much money to our homeless as they did into boat people , young and not so young mums sleeping in their cars with their kids , oh hell don't get me started

Give them a bright star
Give them a bright star to steer by a calm sea and a bloody great shove off in the direction of Indonesia.
Your comments are right Petermac in a country such as ours to have people living in cars is nothing but shameful.
These people are not refuges like the Vietnamese were imo.

it really gets me how they
it really gets me how they claim to be economic refugees or there government treats them poorly
they wont fight for a single thing in there own country
but they get in oz waters and make demands and get a red carpet welcome
and centerlink feeds them bulk cash houses its a joke
getting the bottom line final answer from a bunch of blokes that use false names and put smiley faces at the end of paragraphs is not the best place in the world to get the information you seek.

what you dont hear???
nothing to do with fishing but living on christmas island for 5+ years, 2 years at detcentre construction phase then ongoing work after 'clients' arrived, enough food thrown out in skip bins per week to easily feed the homeless in perth for a week. (nothing wrong with it just excess cooked) approx 12 skip bins per week 6mtr cubed each. carton of winnys+carton of coke each per week. krap everywhere except the toilets. litter chucked everywhere (nobodys allowed to say thats not how we do it in oz) cleaners will follow and clean afterwards. yep i get furious when i think of single mums and kids living in tents in caravan parks. old and young alike living in boxes under bridges, by the way its great fishing over C.I.
