Port Hedland
Few times came back from doing shopping for stores in Port Hedland to find the 12 foot dinghy hanging in the breeze with the fuel tank swinging below it after do gooders who think they are doing the right thing tightened up the mooring lines on it and the tide has gone out. Always left enough slack so when the tide drops it would be still afloat ready for us to head over to the boat on its mooring.
Then it was called toss a coin time to see who is the loser and has to go down in the mud to make sur e it lands right side up when we slowly let it down. Quiet reminder, never let me toss a coin and catch it because it is going to be in my favour every time!!!
