Nice sherbs! But what about the 50kg+ rays? Wouldnt be doing that to an angry smooth or black ray. But i am confident enough to hold a small eagle ray like that. Defo the best way the handle the small ones

its the same
Mate iv had my hands in monster black rays 150kg plus , still got all my fingers . Once there nose is in the air they tend to settle down and behave themselves .

Ealzee, as said the big ones are the same. Landed and released a 155cm wingspan ray tuesday night fishing by myself, couldnt have moved the thing any other way. Dont be afraid to put fingers right in the mouth if you cant get a grip as pictured above.
