Project
Ferret, start with what is under the floor then inspect the transom if any areas show signs of damp replace. Add extra glass to the inside of the hull if you lift the floor to add strength. Think carefully what you are going to use the boat for most of the time, if you are going to strip the boat back to nothing rebuild with the best materials you can purchase and look at every space available that can hide things that dont need to be on the deck, kill tank, livebait tank, esky, fuel tanks under floor, create a deck that allows you to move around without anything in the way and the ability to stick your feet under the side pockets without kicking a toe when fighting a fish.

They publish F&B, with Jeff and Ruth having done all the project boats over the years, not much ou wont learn from them.

A good suplier of glass products
Have a look at "Fiberglass & Resin sales" Kew street, just off Orrong road. Plenty of info, and helpfull staff. And of course everything in resin products.
