Good vid Pete
i thought your boat was down at ocean reef on the weekend with a kayak on the side of it but it looks like you had done a runner.
So tell me have you got your info from years on the water or hours on the internet?

How done
Its not a Sony! hahaha.
I use a Canon HV20 (much better then Sony) in an Ikelite housing with a wide angle lens. Mask, fins and a lanyard from the camera to me, then jump in the water....when allowed by the skipper hehehe. Then hang off the ladder on the Marlin board and wait for the action.

Got some stones hanging that
Got some stones hanging that close to the spinning prop!
Good footage though
When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:
n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or
n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.

haha
Now if the prop went into reverse, then yeah, my stones would disappear real quick!

Awesome fishing experience
Great job all round fellas....trolling for it, hooking it and Pete D in there with it, camera in hand. Nice release job, too....you all gotta be so proud of your efforts. The camera work is awesome, too.
Who's going to be 1st to bring us footage of a dhuie taking a SP or a bait in 40m of water

Longish fight, 25 minute
Longish fight, 25 minute revive tow, sulked down to 10 and kicked off, sulked down to 20 and kicked off lost sight at about 30m. So hopefully all good as you hope for all marlin released. No sharks which was good.
